Automatic Delivery System - BETA Notice

We are excited to introduce our new automatic delivery system, designed to deliver your selected package directly to you in-game. Please note that the system is currently in BETA, and we kindly request the following from our players to ensure a smooth experience:

Online Purchases Only: You must be online and on the correct server when making a purchase. Offline purchases may result in delivery issues.

As ARK Survival Ascended is currently unsupported by Tebex we recommend making a purchase on a lower populated server to avoid any issues, we have found that works best to ensure you receive your package as fast a possible with no issues or missing items.

Delivery Time:
Please allow 1–60 minutes for your package to arrive. In most cases, delivery occurs in under 5 minutes!

Missing Items:
If any items are missing from your order, please create a ticket in our Official Discord: https://discord.gg/loadedcrysis. Our Admin team will promptly investigate and ensure your items are delivered. Remember your Admins are only human and any issues that arise we will work on this.  (Admin timezones are GMT based currently)

Getting Started:

  1. Log In with Steam
    Create a free Steam account if you don’t already have one. Tebex requires a Steam account to complete checkout.

  2. Add Your EOS ID
    Before completing your purchase, don’t forget to include your EOS ID after adding items to your cart. It will say it is optional but currently this setting is not optional and your purchase will only work by entering it - Read Below for Information on how to find it.

  • Xbox: Hold X
  • PlayStation: Hold Square
  • Steam: Hold R
